- The
proposed communications shall not have been submitted for publication or
presented in any other meeting, workshop or conference.

Authors who
submit final documents agree that at least one of the authors will register
and attend the conference to present the paper.
- Submitted papers will be peer-reviewed.
- The
communications must be written in English.
- The papers shall not exceed twelve (12) A4 pages.
- Short papers associated to posters shall not exceed four (4) A4 pages.
- There will be limited equipment available for displaying demonstrations associated with the presented works. The authors should inform the organisers of any special equipment requirements as soon as possible and no later than 30 July.
Submissions should be made electronically (in PDF or MS-Word, in decreasing order of preference) formatted according to the instructions in based on VIRtual INESC standard format available here:
