BOOKING & PAYMENT CONDITIONS

The payment must accompany this Application Form. Without the payment the hotel reservation can not confirmed.
After April 3, Abreu can not assure hotel availability.
Viagens Abreu will send you confirmation by fax, letter or email.
Changes in reservations will be subject to an administration charge of € 15
Cancellations between 4 weeks and 2 weeks prior to the arrival will merit 50% refund
Cancellations less than 2 weeks prior to the arrival will not merit a refund
Emergency cancellations (for eg illness, death of a relative or birth of a baby ….) can be refund 100% if duly proved
Notice of any cancellation/change must be sent in writing
Extra expenses in the Hotels must be paid directly
